Oct 9

Day 1 — October 9th

  • Opening Ceremony with Frank Pritchard
  • Professional exhibition & live-ball play
  • Light bites & signature cocktails
  • Giveaways
Oct 10

Day 2 — October 10th (Pool Play)

Start Time: 9:30 AM (no warmups)

  • 10 pools of 5 teams
  • Each team plays 4 matches (side-out scoring to 11, win by 2, max 15 points, approx. 15 mins per game)
  • Top 2 teams from each pool advance (~20 teams total)
  • Lunch break
  • Evening events: Skills contests, giveaways, possible professional exhibition, live-ball play

Day 3 — October 11th (Single Elimination)

Start Time: 10:00 AM

  • Top 4 teams get a bye
  • 16 teams (top 12 from pool play + top 4 seeded teams) compete in single-elimination knockout rounds
  • Final match: Best of 3 games, first to 15 points
